With over 20 years of experience in the banking, credit and utilities industries, Ms. Bamberg has spearheaded successful programs in customer acquisition and retention, along with pricing and profitability directives for mass-market and private-label enterprises. Ms. Bamberg's successful track record spans General Electric Capital Corporation, HSBC and Dominion, where she was privileged to be involved in the first HELOC, the first mortgage backed security, the first “vanity” credit card and one of the first customer lifetime profitability models.
In December 2001, Ms. Bamberg left Dominion Resources and along with two other former Dominion senior managers formed a self-funded, privately held company which ultimately acquired Columbia Service Partners, Inc. from the publicly listed utility, NiSource. Columbia Service Partners, Inc was transformed into Utility Service Partners, Inc in September, 2003. As a partner at Utility Service Partners, Inc. Ms. Bamberg is responsible for both Operations and Marketing.
