Philip E. Riley, Jr.

Mr. Riley is currently a private investor as well as the President & Chief Executive Officer of Utility Service Partners, Inc. and sits on the company’s Board. Mr. Riley joined Consolidated Natural Gas’s interstate pipeline company in 1977 and progressed through the CNG organization where he was named Sr. Vice President & General Manager of CNG Retail Services, Inc. in 1998. Mr. Riley became Sr. Vice President & General Manager of Dominion Retail Services, Inc. in 2000 at the time of the Dominion Resources, Inc. acquisition of CNG.

In December 2001, Mr. Riley left Dominion Resources and along with two other former Dominion senior managers formed a self-funded, privately held company to search for acquisition targets. In September, 2003, Mr. Riley and his colleagues formed Utility Service Partners, Inc. and acquired Columbia Service Partners, Inc. from the publicly listed utility, NiSource. Mr. Riley graduated from West Virginia University in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and also was awarded a MBA from West Virginia University in 1987.
