Prior to joining Black Opal Equity, Lauren worked in the Business Intelligence group at Macy's, Inc., where she correlated transaction data with estimated variables to support strategy, management sales and growth projections, product launches, store disposals and acquisitions as well as other future events. While at Macy’s, Lauren volunteered at Womensphere, a global network of groups supporting women where she was responsible for production of many of the major conferences and events hosted by that group. Lauren received both her MBA and her BS in International Business from Wagner College.
