Duncan Murdoch

Mr. Murdoch is a Senior Managing Director of Macquarie Capital (USA), Inc. and Co-Head of the Diversified Industries Group. During his time at Macquarie, Mr. Murdoch has led a wide range of infrastructure, transport, industrials, services and healthcare transactions. Mr. Murdoch led the acquisitions of the Avports FBO business, Icon Parking (one of NYC's largest parking operators), US Maintenance, SmarteCarte, and Utility Service Partners, to name a few. Prior to joining Macquarie in New York, Mr. Murdoch worked for BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. in Toronto in their Mergers and Acquisitions Group and with Macquarie in Sydney in their Corporate Advisory Group. At both institutions Mr. Murdoch focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to commencing a career in investment banking, Mr. Murdoch worked for the Justices in the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Mr. Murdoch holds a Bachelor of Economics (University of Sydney), a Bachelor of Laws (Honors) (University of Sydney), and a Masters of Business Administration (Stanford University).
